Best Chinese Takeaway in the area hands down, been getting my takeaway from there for a couple of years now and never had any issues, staff are friendly and lovely to deal with, the place is very clean and the food is stunning, highly recommend A+.

Over the years I have eaten Chinese meals all over the UK and I can assure you this is as good as it gets staff and service great don't forget u can't be perfect

Amazing meal Spring rolls, Crispy beef and Duck in orange sauce were absolutely delicious nice and crisp not greasy. Hot food. Great value for money. Friendly girl on phone and delivery driver. Would highly recommend

I always go to the Chinese if I am fancying a takeaway! The food is always delicious and could never fault it, staff are extremely kind and will admit if they are in the wrong and will even ofer an alternative! 10/10 ,would recommend

This used to be the place to go for a good chinese takeaway . It's gone downhill , will not be using this place again

Delivery took over an hour for a 15 min journey and food wasn't hot when it arrived, but warm. The veg was undercooked in the chow mein. The meal was very expensive but delivery was a good price. Lady who took our order was nice. But £4.80 for warm, plain egg fried rice that lacked egg, soy sauce and salt/pepper means that I won't be ordering from here again. However, some of my family love it.

My usual Chinese was shut for holiday. Tried to order over the phone here and the person on the phone was just rude. Didn’t listen to anything I was saying just going on like a robot. Asked for a usual Chinese dish and her reply was “we don’t do them”. She could have at least offered an alternative. Terrible telephone manner. I will never order here and never recommend them to anyone.

We came to collect our food & they accidentally left out the pancakes for our duck pancakes. I phoned up and the boss went out of his way to drop them to us free of charge. The food was stunning too. Little things like that go a really long way, we really appreciated it! Amazing business. Well worth ordering from. Xx

Food is usually great but awful customer service. Called to ask about delivery times and was told 45 mins to an hour. Just over 2 hours later still no food. Partner rang to enquire and was told it was being looked into and to expect a call back. No call back so rang again to be told that the driver had left and should be with us shortly. Asked politely for some discount because of the delay to be told quite rudley, no as it was an approximate time and that they had been busy. Understanble but a little compensation for the long delay would've gone a long way. I told the lady if that was the case then cancel the order only to be told "ok fine no problem" and have the phone put down on me. Driver turns up minutes later. Explained the situation to him and asked him to find out if the food was free or discounted and if not to take it back. Driver leaves to make the call only to return to say sorry no discount. Approximate times are one thing but over an hour late with no compensation is something else. Had we been told otherwise I would have gone to collect instead, as their collection times are usually excellent. Zero customer service skills. We only asked for a little compensation and only escalated it because of the rudeness. For reference food was ordered at 18.10 and didn't arrive until 20.30.

Just what you'd expect from a good takeaway. We always order too much - generous portions. Love their crispy beef and free prawn crackers.

We had the best Chinese we've ever had as a takeaway a few weeks ago. Duck pancakes Beef in black bean Chicken with cashews Crispy beef Singapore Noodles Egg fried rice The beef was very tender and all hot and tasty. About £40 in all (ordered for 3 people). Ordered exactly the same now and hoping it's as good again.

Waiting for food in the shop and the delivery driver literally reverses into my car and goes to drive off thinking no one saw her. When she was stopped she was verbally abusive. Absolutely shocking.

Save your money and walk 3 doors up to ponty chippy they may not have as much on the Chinese menu but the Chinese food ponty cooks is a massive step up in quality
